The board year

How we plan the board year

We finish the syllabus early and spend the final months on papers, so the board exam is the fifth or sixth full paper a student has sat, not the first.

Until November · Finish the syllabus

Every chapter taught with chapter tests, so there is nothing new to learn after the half-yearly exams.

December · Revise

Chapter-wise revision of frequently repeated concepts and the questions students got wrong in tests.

January · Full papers

CBSE 2026–27 sample papers and previous years’ papers under timed conditions, with feedback on answer writing.

February · Light revision

Short revision and rest before the first paper, with personalised plans for each student.
